I’m in!! I started working with a trainer this past July, 2 days a week which has been great, it has been the first time I’ve ever been accountable with working out, however I love the idea and challenge of movement every day, thank you for doing this!

Yes please! I just rejoined a gym this week after 2 yrs off and I can't believe how much strength I've lost. I've been looking to kick start a change toward health, so this sounds perfect.
