Hi. Yes, our energy can get depleted easily and gyms aren't always the best places to rejuvenate or indeed, get fit. Far too noisy and chaotic for me, and those youngsters hogging the machines but literally not doing anything. I'm curious as to what kind of church you attend? I'm of the (very respectful) opinion that crystals and Jesus don't really go together? The bible tells us to be wary of new age practices, especially Shamanic breathwork, singing bowls, all that jazz. I attended one such event not knowing what I was getting into and frankly, it freaked me out. The wailing and chanting...were we invoking demons? Probably. 😬
Hi Colleen. I am not sure what denomination the church was where the book event was held. But it was a beautiful place that Cleo Wade chose. As far as my crystals and Jesus go, it never crossed my mind. I am also a trained breathwork and meditation teacher and love all the new age practices :) Have a sweet Sunday afternoon, MM
Thanks for your speedy response. I have heard there are different modalities of breathwork? Some are pretty intense (and potentially traumatic, like the session I attended) and some more meditative and calming. What do you teach? I agree, Crystals are beautiful and part of God's creation. 😊
