Hi friends!
First, thank you for all the grace I have received while implementing a summer break for myself. Not one single person gave me pushback for taking time off from writing here, and the little guilty girl that lives inside of me is so damn appreciative of that.
OK. Now, let’s move.
As most of you know, I have had a solid movement practice for the last two and half years and have held myself accountable publicly via IG. Accountability and community are some of my favorite things. They keep me honest and consistent.

Over the years, I have often invited you all to commit to a 30-day movement practice. I usually do this when I need to clear the energy or when the seasons change, and I just want to shake things up. Along with your commitment to move, I also provide a space for you to check in as you complete your daily movement practice. AKA community and accountability.
Last July, we had check-ins via this thread.
It’s super simple: 30 minutes (or more) of movement for 30 days. You get to choose the type of movement: walking, weight-lifting, pilates, running, spin class, pickleball….you get the idea. Then, at the end of the day or week, you can check in along with everyone else doing it. I’m telling you guys, this works. Publicly holding yourself accountable works wonders! This is why I post my practice over on IG.
