I’m a big fan of adaptogens and have always had Herb Pharm as my go-to as well. I regularly recommend these to coaching clients as well, and appreciate the reminder about a few I haven’t tried. Thank you for the reminder to add them to my evening mocktail or tea. I always add to my morning coffee, but forgot about later in the day. I also haven’t tried Skullcap, so gonna grab some when I’m out wandering the city this’ll weekend. Thanks love and happy Friday to you. ā¤ļøšŸŒ‰āœØ

Skullcap is so good :) I like the adaptogens in the morning and the nervines at night, except for lemon balm. Give me lemon balm all day and all night, always.

I can't remember if you liked the kava one I brought down to MX or not. It's a tough one, but I feel like you might really like the chamomile or even lavender.
