Hello friends,
I wanted to share The Art of Living an Alcohol-Free Lifestyle with you via the most recent podcast I was on. I have been following along with Toni and her super sweet platform, The Shelf Help Club, since what feels like day one. When she reached out to let me know she was planning on going AF for the year 2024, and along with this declaration, she was holding herself accountable by creating a pop-up podcast with people who have different perspectives on going AF, I was excited for her.
You know I am a big fan of accountability, and there is nothing better than social accountability to keep yourself honest.
I had a great time chatting with Toni and loved sharing my perspective on a topic that absolutely changed my life, which may not have been the case had I done it any other way other than my own way.
