I dislike rules a lot. But when it comes to supplements, I stand by a few.
I DO NOT BUY SUPPLEMENTS FROM AMAZON (read this)
I ONLY BUY DIRECT FROM QUALITY COMPANIES.
I BUY IN PERSON OR DO MY BEST TO MINIMIZE SHIP TIMES WHEN I CAN’T BUY IN PERSON.
I DO NOT INGEST ANY PILL, POWDER, OR POTION BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE DOES IT.
BEING INTRODUCED TO A SUPPLEMENT BY AN INFLUENCER CAN BE COOL, BUT I WILL NEVER TAKE SOMETHING BLINDLY JUST BECAUSE THEY TAKE IT.
WHEN I SHARE ABOUT A SUPPLEMENT, IT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
NOT EVERYONE NEEDS EVERYTHING. WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS, WANTS, AND CHEMISTRY.
I HAVE A TESTING PERIOD FOR EVERY SUPPLEMENT I TAKE.
I TRUST MY GUT INSTINCTS. I DON’T CARE WHAT THE SUPPLEMENT CLAIMS. IF IT DOESN’T SIT WELL WITH ME FOR WHATEVER REASON, I WON’T TAKE IT.
IF THE SUPPLEMENT IS AMAZING, BUT THE COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES OR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NOT BUY IT.
NO SINGLE SUPPLEMENT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. I REALLY WISH PEOPLE WOULD STOP SAYING THAT SH*T.
BLOODWORK COMPLETED A MINIMUM OF 1-2 TIMES A YEAR.
