I love this post. I went through all of David's trainings and took my first with Erin. I haven't done anything with the trainings or even done breathwork myself for almost a year and this is what I needed to hear to get back into the swing of it. Will you be hosting any online sessions at all? I find it really hard to get into the headspace when I do it solo😉

So thankful for this space and your sharing. What an experience! I'm so interested in learning more and trying this. Is it best to do on own or with a group?

Hi Kim, thank you for being here! I think when you are starting out with breathwork doing it with a guide and group is nice and informative. Normally at the end there is time allowing the participants to speak about their experience with the session. We can learn a lot by listening to others. That said, following a recording at home or even making your own playlist and giving yourself time to lay down and do the breathing technique for 15min or even 5 min can be very healing as well, as long as you have done it with a guide and know the technique that you are aiming for. Again, thank you for being here. I am hoping in August to host a breathwork session for this community. Stay tuned if this interest you. xx Mia

I had gotten away from the breathwork practice, though I have only done it a few time. This reminds me why it is so needed in my life!

Hi Melanie, thank you for being here. And I understand letting it get away. I too have let breathwork come and go as needed. I recently just started up again and each time I do it, I am reminded of the power of this practice. It can be down right scary sometimes, because it is so powerful. I invite you to jump back in and let it move you. M
