Love this theme! I find it helpful to look at everything as an experiment, and as someone who had a hysterectomy at 35, even more curious to see what perimenopause looks like (or maybe it’s already starting-need to add to my reading list!), and what treatments/supports will aid in that big transition...any other former-uterus-owners, I’ll be curious to know what experiments you did, and how they turned out! ❤️

Hi Shan, thanks for being here. I am happy you found this information, I so wish I would have had this when I was 35. It certainly would have made the last few years more comfortable and maybe I'd have less silver hair from the lack of stress and worry :) I will have an entire email dedicated to what I tried and what worked for me and what didn't. XX Mia

Thank you for this! I’ll be 39 this year and I love getting this information to better prepare me for what’s ahead. I feel like the answer I get from my doctor is always “oh you’re 10 years away from all of that”. As in, no need to even discuss it. I haven’t started having perimenopause symptoms that I’m aware of but I have really begun to observe my body over the last few years and I’m very aware of my hormonal changes throughout the month. Can’t wait to listen to the podcasts/videos/etc. you have shared. ❤️

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing all this incredibly valuable information!! I, too, am a person who loves to dive deep into researching so I can really appreciate all the time this took. I am an esthetician and this information is also valuable for what I do for a living, as all of this has a huge effect on the skin (and overall wellness).

Hey Mia O, thank you so much for your kind words. I agree, using discernment when pulling together all the information that is out there and making it as simple and digestible is work. I would welcome your thoughts specifically on hormones and skin that you see in your practice. Thank you for being here!
